But don’t think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you and get you on your way.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

As your condition resolves and symptoms lessen the objective of our office shifts to optimal health and wellness. Periodic brief re-evaluation visits will monitor your progress and periodic report of findings will keep you apprised of how well your body is functioning.

Your visit frequency will be modified accordingly.The body is complex and if there are changes needed in your care or your lifestyle we aim to provided what is needed for you to continue to improve.

Active Office Events

To encourage our debilitated patients to enjoy their new found health we organize outdoor activities once per month, usually on a Sunday morning. Gentle hikes, bike rides on the beach and sea kayaking are the kinds of activities we arrange.
